It is designed for owners and managers of Caribbean micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) who want to understand their business’s digital maturity and identify practical improvements.
How long does it take?+
The official tool estimates approximately 25 minutes to answer questions across six dimensions. Set aside some uninterrupted time and answer based on how your business operates today.
What will I receive?+
You will receive a report on your company’s technology adoption and digital skills, personalised recommendations, and a record that lets you compare results when you take the Check Up again.
Where do I complete the assessment?+
The assessment is hosted on Caribbean Export’s website. Every “Start the Digital Check Up” link opens the official tool in a new tab. This page is an introduction; it does not collect assessment answers.
Can I use this at a conference or booth?+
Yes. Select “Booth mode” for a larger presentation view with a QR code linking directly to the official assessment. Visitors can scan it and continue on their own device.
